A crispy crust and a soft crumb put an ordinary knife to the test – the crust cracks and the crumb gets squashed. The Victorinox Swiss Classic bread knife has a 21 cm blade with a serrated edge that cuts through the crust without crumbling it, so the slices stay even. It is also handy for baguettes, cakes or vegetables with a tough skin.

A serrated edge that does not squash

The wavy-ground stainless steel edge works like a fine saw: a light motion is all it takes for the blade to pass through both the crust and the soft inside. The long blade copes with large loaves too.

Secure grip and easy care

The ergonomically shaped thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) handle feels softer to the touch and offers a more secure grip. The knife is dishwasher safe, made in Switzerland and supplied in a blister pack.
