Tanto blade – Tanto point is a type of blade with its roots in Japan. It is a single-edged blade with a straight spine and edge. The blade tip is positioned level with the spine or slightly below it, with the spine tapering towards the tip. Well designed – The liner lock mechanism is resistant to contamination and prevents accidental blade closure. The knife closes exceptionally smoothly thanks to a ceramic ball bearing. CPM-S30V is a high-quality powder steel resistant to corrosion. CPM-S30V was specially designed for knife manufacture and has become the steel of choice for hunters and anglers. It is characterised by a high carbon and vanadium content, which gives it high hardness and good sharpening properties; freshly sharpened steel maintains its edge for a very long time. The hardness of this steel is 58–61 HRC.
