Husky Bird 3 Plus Black Coating is a premium version with enhanced specifications designed for expedition trekking, mountaineering and demanding summer conditions with long days.
Construction and geometry
Free-standing double-layer tent with polyamide poles that ensure stability even in wind. Outer flysheet + inner tent core – separate construction allows better air circulation and minimises condensation inside. Vestibule for rucksacks and cooking in bad weather.
Waterproofing and materials
Flysheet made of polyester with PU coating, waterproofing 5000 mm water column, taped seams. Floor made of durable nylon fabric with waterproofing 10000 mm. Black Coating is a dark inner treatment of the flysheet that blocks light – inside the tent it stays pleasantly dark even when the sun rises at 5:00 am. Plus version has more durable materials and higher floor waterproofing of 10,000 mm for wet ground and extreme conditions.
