The Infantry is a warm fleece with reinforcements for use in demanding conditions.
Protection against cold thanks to Heavy Fleece
The Heavy Fleece material is a solid, substantial fleece knit with a weight of 380 g/m², which gives high thermal insulation. It is dense, thick and, thanks to its softness, exceptionally comfortable in use.
Durable nylon in critical zones
Reinforcements on the elbows, forearms and on part of the collar protect the fleece against abrasion in the typical zones of contact with gear and with the ground. This solution increases the durability of the sweatshirt in military and field use and under regular, intensive use.
The Infantry fleece adapts to field conditions and protects against chilling.
A high collar
The reinforced, thick collar warms the neck and limits draughts.
Cuff and hem adjustment
Thanks to the drawcords at the bottom and the cuffs adjusted with hook-and-loop you fit the fleece to your figure, to the weather conditions and to the layers underneath.
A two-way zipper with a flap
It makes regulating ventilation easier and gives quick access to gear carried on the belt. A special placket additionally seals the construction.
The Infantry fleece has 4 functional pockets closed with YKK® zippers.
Hip pockets
Two spacious, slanted pockets for the essential accessories you want at hand.
A chest pocket
It sits on the left side and suits documents or a phone. Inside it has a cable pass-through and an organiser.
A shoulder pocket
It sits on the left arm and gives quick access to small accessories.
The Infantry fleece is based on the fleece liners of the Polish Army
In construction it draws on the classic military sweatshirt, but Helikon-Tex introduced several changes that allow it to be used as a decidedly better replacement for issued fleece. It also thought of an advanced marking system: on the shoulders and chest you find hook-and-loop panels in suitable sizes.
