A construction resistant to intensive use
Cordura® 500D increases resistance to abrasion and to use in the field. The material is covered with a DWR coating, which limits water absorption and makes cleaning easier. The product also uses Woojin® components, which work reliably even under heavy load and in changing temperatures.
A set ready for action
The Guardian Law Enforcement set is basic equipment for the police and other uniformed services. It consists of four elements: the Guardian Plate Carrier tactical vest, the Guardian Cummerbund, the Guardian Kangaroo Flap front panel, and the Law Enforcement Insert panel. It is prepared in Sentinel Blue, which matches police colours perfectly.
Fit for various types of plates
The elastic panel on the inner side of the vest lets you seat plates of various shapes and thicknesses securely. Size M is 24.1 x 31.75 cm, size L is 26 x 33.65 cm. Depending on the manufacturer, the dimensions of ballistic plates may differ. Because of the elasticity of the pocket, a plate tolerance of up to about 0.5 cm is assumed.
The Guardian Law Enforcement set is a configuration adapted to patrol duty.
Compatibility
The Plate Carrier works with E-Cut (SAPI/ESAPI), Swimmer Cut, and Shooter Cut plates in sizes M and L. Before buying we recommend measuring the plates you own, so that you choose the right vest size and avoid a mistake.
Guardian Kangaroo Flap with Law Enforcement Insert
Inside there is a pocket for handcuffs or a stun gun, two pockets for a flashlight or a pistol magazine, an adjustable radio pocket, and a flat document pocket.
Guardian Cummerbund
The cummerbund with sewn-on MOLLE/PALS webbing allows you to mount additional gear and can be replaced with the Quick Release version.
The Guardian system is meant to cover a soldier's full kit, from the belt through plate carriers and chest rigs to backpacks
All elements are compatible with MOLLE/PALS, which allows you to configure and expand your gear for specific tasks. The individual elements of the system are also compatible with the VIS (Versatile Insert System) and Competition insert systems by Helikon-Tex.
