On a hike, you need a mat for sleeping and for sitting on during breaks. The folding Fox Outdoor thermal mat fits onto your backpack when folded and does both jobs in the field. It is made of strong special foam with a non-slip texture that insulates well from the ground. For carrying, cinch it with two removable elastic straps.
Unfolds in a second
You don't have to roll up the folding mat; simply unfold it like an accordion. The textured surface prevents slipping and insulates well from the ground.
