When the lamp is off press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on to the last used normal output mode (General mode). When the lamp is off, press the switch twice quickly to turn on to the emergency 5-lumen mode (Extreme mode). You can switch output modes at any time during operation by pressing the side button within the selected group of modes. When the lamp is on, press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn off.
Battery charge level indication – press the lamp button (when the lamp is off). If the indicator LED lights green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green blinking means 50-85% capacity. If it lights red, it is charged to 25-50%. Red blinking indicates less than 25% of battery capacity remaining.
Low battery warning - the lamp will gradually automatically switch to the lowest mode and the indicator in the button will start blinking red.
Charging - Flip open the dust cover and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port. After charging is complete, replace the dust cover. During charging the indicator in the button lights red. After full charge it lights green. Do not charge the lamp in an explosive atmosphere. Use the supplied USB charging adapter during charging to ensure safety.
To replace the battery, unscrew the lamp tailcap using an 8 mm Allen key. Never replace the battery in an explosive atmosphere.
Warning
- All service interventions, charging and battery replacements must be performed outside the explosive atmosphere!
- Use only the manufacturer-certified Fenix battery.
- If the rubber sealing ring on the lamp closure thread is damaged, replace it with the spare from the lamp package.
- If the lamp is blinking, does not switch to higher output modes or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
