Fenix E06R PRO is a powerful flat rechargeable torch that pushes the boundaries of pocket EDC models. Compared to its smaller variants (Fenix E06R and Fenix E03R V2.0) it offers not only multiply higher output but also a unique combination of functions including strobe, ultraviolet light, laser pointer and innovative controls. Despite its still compact flat design, which fits perfectly in a pocket, it offers a high luminous flux of up to 1600 lumens (ANSI) and a range of up to 160 meters. The torch is equipped with a pair of top LEDs (Luminus SST20 and SFT25) that allow switching between a cool spot (spotlight) and a neutral wide (floodlight) beam. Power is provided by a built-in high-capacity Li-Pol battery of 1650 mAh, which ensures runtime up to 111 hours in the Moonlight economy mode. Charging is handled by a modern USB-C connector directly on the body of the torch. Fenix E06R PRO features five modes of white spotlight, five modes of neutral floodlight, UV light with a wavelength of 365 nm at 1300 mW, a red laser (pointer) and several modes of so-called Breathing light - light around the switch button and in the tailcap of the torch with intensity of 0.5 to 1 lumen, which you can use for discreet signaling or identifying the torch location. It is controlled via the side button, the spotlight/floodlight switch and the tactical tail switch. The torch is supplied including a fixed clip so you can attach it to a pocket or backpack strap. The battery charge indicator in the button is also practical. The torch is great for EDC and thanks to its flat shape you can always have it with you without it getting in the way.

All parameters of the torch (luminous flux, runtime on battery, water resistance, impact resistance and range) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Usage

To turn on or off the white light hold the main or tail button for approximately 0.5 seconds. The four basic output modes are then switched by pressing the same button. Turbo mode is activated by holding the tail button for 0.8 seconds. The strobe can be activated by holding the main button for 1.2 seconds. Switch between spotlight and floodlight by pressing the oval toggle button.

UV light is turned on and off by holding the purple button on the side of the torch for about 0.5 seconds.

Red laser is turned on and off by holding the red button on the side of the torch for about 0.5 seconds.

Colored button backlight and tailcap light - the 3D light ring around the main button including lights in the tailcap of the torch can be turned on by double quickly pressing the main button when the torch is off. Subsequent presses of the button switch between five functions – red flashing → blue flashing → red and blue flashing → RGB light → Aurora. The light ring is turned off again by holding the main button for 0.5 seconds.

Memory for the last set mode - When the white light is turned on the torch always turns on to the last selected output mode.

The control buttons can be locked to prevent accidental activation e.g. during transport in luggage - to lock, turn off the torch and hold both the red and the purple button on the side of the torch for 2 seconds. The torch will then flash to indicate it is locked. To unlock, hold the buttons again for 2 seconds.

Battery charge indicator - with the torch off briefly press the main button once, then a small LED in the button will light for three seconds. Green light indicates the battery is charged 100-85%, green flashing 85-50%, red light signals the battery is charged 50-25% and red flashing indicates the battery is charged less than 25%. The number of available white light modes may vary depending on the current charge level.

Overheat protection - if the torch temperature exceeds 60 °C, output will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature falls below 60 °C the output will increase again.

Low battery warning - the torch will gradually automatically switch to the lowest output mode and the indicator LED in the toggle button will start flashing red.

Charging

• Connect the torch via the USB-C cable to a computer, a USB mains adapter or a USB car adapter. You can also use any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector for charging.
• During charging the indicator LED in the button lights red, after full charge it lights green.
• Charging voltage: 5 V, max. charging power 5 W (5 V / 1 A).
• During charging the torch can be used except for turbo mode and color modes. The number of available white light modes may vary depending on the current charge level.
• The used battery does not suffer from memory effect, so the torch can be recharged at any time.

Warning

• Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, this will void the warranty.
• If the torch does not switch to higher output modes, or does not light up, the battery is discharged - charge the torch.
