What's inside
Ingredients you can tell at first bite
Black Currant is not a bar “with currant flavouring”. It contains whole black currant berries that give it a gentle tart edge. Nuts and sunflower seeds give the bar substance and a crunchy texture. It is all held together by the so-called Florentine mixture — a traditional 17th-century confectionery technique in a modern form.
Nut mix
Peanuts, almonds, cashews. Whole pieces, not paste. Slow-release fuel — dense, filling, good for hours.
Sunflower seeds
They crunch under your teeth. Texture, fibre and unsaturated fats — energy released gradually.
Black currant berries
Whole berries, not purée. Juicy tartness. No citric acid, no concentrate.
