Versatile three-person hiking tent for couples with gear or groups of three hikers – combining reasonable weight with ample interior space. Husky Bird 3 Classic is the classic version of this proven model, intended for hiking, trekking and group trips in standard weather conditions.
Construction and geometry
Free-standing double-wall tent with polyamide poles providing stability even in windy conditions. Outer flysheet + inner tent body – the separated construction allows better air circulation and minimises condensation inside. A vestibule provides space for storing backpacks and cooking in bad weather.
Waterproofing and materials
Flysheet made of polyester with PU coating, water column rating 3,000 mm, taped seams. Floor made of durable nylon fabric with a water column rating of 6,000 mm. The Classic version offers reliable protection for standard hiking conditions. For expedition use or higher mountains, the Plus version with a higher floor water column is preferable.

✓ Advantages: excellent price/quality ratio, room for 3 people or a couple with gear, free-standing construction, reasonable weight, roomy vestibule.
✗ Disadvantages: the 6,000 mm floor water column is less effective on prolonged wet ground (the Plus version offers 10,000 mm), not intended for extreme high-altitude conditions.
